Tradition & Innovation
I build bridges for you!

Through communication-art, I fulfil my mission as a bridge-builder between
tradition and innovation, and as a facilitator in the feminine way.

This has always been my mission!

Over the course of my 25-year career, I have opened up new horizons for people:

As a study tour guide, I inspired travel groups with the culture and way of life in Italy!

As an exhibition organiser, I curated presentations, particularly for unusual exhibition spaces: in a monastery, a power station and 1920s villas. My planning usually began on the building site and ended with the display of exhibits in the finished exhibition space.

As a moderator, I have led discussions on contentious issues in architecture and heritage conservation, on participatory processes, and on cultural-historical topics.

As a lecturer and consultant, I share my experience in exhibition production.

As a freelancer, I work with companies, foundations, public institutions, government bodies, private individuals and associations.

Through all these roles, I have seen first-hand what good communication can achieve and what happens when communication lacks appreciation. Motivation within the team drops, team spirit is lost, conflicts arise and projects lose their momentum!

If your communication has reached an impasse, I now also offer communication support as an internationally certified mediator (accredited by Mediation Dach e.V. D/AU/CH). With empathy, wit and the right mediation tools, I create a space for respectful communication that unlocks innovative potential.

Let’s get into conversation about your needs.

Warm regards,

Simone Oelker
